The Strumbellas

Formada en 2008 en Toronto, la banda canadiense The Strumbellas se distingue por su vibrante mezcla de folk, pop, alt-country y indie rock, similar a la de bandas como The Lumineers o Munford & Sons. El grupo halló el suceso con sus primeros discos, My Father and the Hunter (2012) y Still Move on Dance Floors (2013), este último recompensado con el premio Juno a mejor álbum del año en la categoría Roots & Traditional. Su tercera producción Hope (2016) incluía el sencillo "Spirits", que alcanzó el primer puesto de la lista Billboard Alternative Songs. Rattlesnake, el cuarto álbum de The Strumbellas, apareció en 2019.
