Black Dub
As a key producer and accomplished artist, Daniel Lanois never hesitates to get involved in new projects. In 2010, he chose the band route, forming Black Dub with Trixie Whitley (vocals), Brian Blade (drums), and Daryl Johnson (bass). This gathering of top-flight musicians produces a classy blend of soul, reggae and alternative rock. The Black Dub album was released on November 2, 2010, and the band then embarked on a mini-tour of the USA.
