Capo Lee

Capo Lee made his name as a house DJ before turning to grime rap. Based in London, the MC took the name Leeman, under which he produced the mixtape Pedal Bike Muzik (2011), and then that of Capo Lee. After a collaboration with Spooky Bizzle on the Welcome to Clartsville EP in 2015, he released the mixtape Why Not, Why Not Pt. 2 and the Mud EP in 2016. Dealing with a wide range of subjects in his lyrics, the rapper engaged in a battle, which he won against So Large, and signed with SighTracked Records, for whom he recorded the Stop Talk EP with Sir Spyro and Capo the Champ in 2017, then the Why Not Pt. 3 mixtape, followed by his debut album Heart of a Champ (2019). After a first collaboration with Big Zuu on the Royal Rumble EP in 2020, the two reunited in 2025 for the album Signed & Delivered.
