SHIPPING INFORMATION

Kindly note that the delivery guide below is for reference only. The below delivery time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

Reminder: The estimated delivery time is a general guide and does not apply to the certain remote areas.

1. The exact processing time depends on the item, usually it will take 1-3 working days after the payment is cleared.

2. It will take up to 5-8 working days for the item to reach you, an email will be sent to you after the item being shipped.

Note:

• The delivery time mentioned does not include the processing time of the order. Order processing time usually takes 1-3 business days, but it only takes 1-2 business days for overseas warehouse orders.

• The delivery guide does not apply to certain selected remote locations as well.

• The delivery cost depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the delivery method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when checkout.


RETURN POLICY

You can return your purchase by sending us an email within 30 days after receiving the item if you aren't 100% satisfied with it. It is sincerely suggested that every customer read the following regulations carefully before purchase:

Return items

1. We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items on clearance, ②Silk Lingerie, ③Customized or Monogrammed Items, ④ Silk face masks ( Given health concerns about the ongoing COVID-19 situation).

3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4.Email us with your invoice/tracking number and pictures attached of the received item/package and detailed information to describe the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email on working days usually within 72 hours.

Our Solutions

We'll give you a full refund if we're responsible for the issue, e.g. quality problems or items missing. 

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account.
