What are the distances?The Adventure Races are 5K & 10m The Multi Terrain Adventure Races are 2K, 5k, 10K or 20K

Is it traffic free?Yes, no public roads are used.

Will there be marshals?Yes equipped with walkie talkies, also Barrier tape and direction markers will be utilised.

Are there races for CanicrossersYes there will be separate races for Canicrossers in the Multi Terrain & Adventure Races

Can I run with 2 dogsYes, just ensure you enter both dog's names & breeds

What is the terrain?Gravel track, woodland trail and small amount of tarmac/concrete path & water of course!!

Are there medals?Yes, fantastic quality for all finishers.

Will the races be Chip timedYes all races will be Chip timed with the exception of the Kids OCR race

Are there trophies?Multi Terrain - Trophies for first male & female in each race. Adventure Races - Trophies for first male & female in each race

Are there T Shirts?Yes race T shirts are available but there is also a no T shirt option which saves £5

Are their toilets?Yes toilets will be available inside and outside the Park cafe and also portaloos near the start/finish

Is there parking?There is ample parking.

Are there water stations?Yes for races over 5K

Are there distance markers?No distance markers due to the nature of the terrain

Will there be food and drink facilities available?Yes the cafe/restaurant will be open. Hot & Cold food and drinks will also be available at the Start/Finish area

Can spectators watch?es there are plenty of places around the route for spectators to sit/watch etc.

Will there be first aid available?Yes Cariad will be on the course with an ambulance and paramedics.

Is the course suitable for wheelchairs?Unfortunately not the event is not wheelchair friendly.
