"Lis, dude, are you serious?!", one of my two roommates yelled at me as she pushed me off of her. I had nearly fell on top of her as I sprinted back and forth across the bedroom.
                              
Unlike my roommates, who were going to the biggest frat party of apparently the century, I was running around playing basketball. Constantly, I dipped and slammed towards the basketball hoop which was mounted on the wall. Usually, I'd go out with them but tonight I just didn't feel like it. After a long week of doing fucking schoolwork and studying for future exams, I just wanted to unwind. I wanted to listen to music aloud from my speakers and sweat and ball in peace.
                              
I was actually thankful of the huge party that was going down. Literally every girl in my sorority was going which led me to have the whole house to myself, which was more than rare. Most of the day, I was surrounded by at least one of my sisters but now I could just be free. I could run around in my underwear, fart without thinking twice and even watch porn on the big screen television in the sitting room if I really wanted to. This Friday night was going to be glorious, and the sooner the house got empty the better. 
                              
"Damn, sorry, M," I told Momo as I got back balanced on my feet. She just took a deep breath and wiped away her shoulder which was probably now drenched in my sweat.
                              
Momo was probably the chillest sorority girl that I've ever met, besides myself. She was a slow talking surfer chick who only wanted to explore the world and do crazy shit. Nothing was too irrational for her to try which was fucking insane to me. She was the most outdoorsy, sportsy person that I had ever met. 
                              
I think the only reason she was so down to do a bunch of senseless shit was because she smoked hella weed. It kept her calm and ready for any obstacle. Momo was so much of a pothead that she secretly grew marijuana plants in our room. She stashed them in our closet, except for when she watered them and whenever she watered them, she made sure to hum one of the many Bob Marley songs that she knew. 
                              
"Are you sure you don't want to go out tonight?", Irene, my other roommate asked me as she slipped on her heels. She was sitting on the edge of her bed in a nice fitting navy blue dress. She was accessorized to the tee with expensive jewelry. Her earrings probably cost more than my tuition, thankfully I got a full ride.
                              
Irene was the exact opposite of both Momo and I. Momo and I were more of tomboys while she was a girly girl, just like the rest of our sisters. Momo was super preppy and she was basically the average, stereotypical sorority girl. The only thing she lacked was the bitchiness. Many people assumed that she was a bitch and thereby were intimidated by her by the way she talked and dressed, but really she was just naturally sweet. Out of all of us, she has completed the most volunteer hours. Her heart was humongous and I really wished more people knew that fact about her rather than just assume that she was a rich, self-righteous bitch.
                              
"I'm not... going out," I huffed after slamming the basketball into the hoop for what felt like the thousandth time. Why would I give up having the house to myself to just go to a stupid frat party?
                              
"Why not?", Irene whined as she tossed her gorgeous, brunette locks.
                              
I sighed as I threw the basketball at the hoop. It swished in and then I turned to face Irene who was now staring at herself in the full body mirror. I had to admit she looked even more stunning than usual, but I'd never do anything with her. I'm pretty sure it was against some rule, plus there was no need to make our friendship awkward. She'd tried to advance at me a few times, but I always acted like I didn't get the hint. She always told me how bicurious she was and how much she wanted to have sex with a girl, but I always dismissed it. I could tell she was growing annoyed with my false ignorance though.
