A fifteen year-old boy hides behind a crate in an alleyway, just meters away from the firefight. He had a pistol in his hand and a cutlass sheathed beside his pants. He looked behind the crate, and saw a man in uniform hacking a pirate. He takes aim and shoots his gun. The man in uniform is suddenly splashed in his own blood, and quickly drops to the ground. The boy gets up and runs behind another crate. He still has a lot more bullets. Time to make bodies drop. A marksman lies flat on the ground, her body completely still. Her comrades were out there, on the main street of a small town. She was hidden in the bushes, higher and away from the front lines. She spotted an enemy. A pirate. He was totally exposed. She aimed her rifle and pulled the trigger. Bang. He dropped dead on the street. She pulled the bolt, cocked the gun again, and took aim once more. Four down, hundreds more to go.

The story revolves around two characters, Zack and Bell. Zack comes across as an arrogant and introverted person who doesn't care about most people except for his loved ones. On the other hand, Bell is a shy and insecure person with only two close friends, and might care too much about people. However, as the story progresses, Zack slowly opens up to Bell, and she becomes an important person in his life. The story is intriguing with a twist, and the big question is whether these two characters will end up together.
