In the shadowy streets of Gotham City, where crime and chaos reign, a story begins to unfold between Bellamy Lynn, a girl whose world revolves around books and her dog, and Jason Todd, a vigilante known as the Red Hood. Their story begins in the hallways of Gotham Academy as classmates, but Bellamy is caught between both of Jason's identities, him as a civilian and his night-caped version. Just when she was about to act on her feelings, an unfortunate event occurred. When Jason suddenly disappears and is reported dead, she can't help but feel grief and emptiness. Five years later, a ghost of Bellamy's past reappears with blood in his eyes and a soft spot for her. Events of the past seem to be replaying all over again when she gets taken by a familiar grinning face. Jason fights with himself, unsure of whether he should still be involved in her life. He's convinced that he would break her from even involving her in all his internal chaos and in more danger. Read to find out more about their story and how they fight to stay with each other. I don't own anything but my OC, Bellamy Lynn, and my story plot, except for the beginning chapters, which take place during the events in Batman: Under the Red Hood and the events that follow after. "Logan." His breath warmed her top lip with the word. Her name. Something fluttered in her lower stomach. She yearned to hear him saying her name over and over again, until it no longer sounded like one. "Scarecrow." She mirrored and they pressed their foreheads together. "You fucked up." She sighed and let her head fall onto his collarbone. He held her tighter, wrapping around her with both arms now as if letting go meant certain death. "Maybe." He admitted. "But you're mine." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ She's vengeful. She's cold blooded. She's ready to put her anger and hatred to use. When Logan's path crosses with Scarecrow, the most notorious villain in the streets of Gotham, it seems she might actually be able to enact her plan for justice against the family that killed her boyfriend. Somehow, someway, she's able to find herself. And him? The criminal that made all of this possible? He just might be the oxygen she's needed in order to truly breathe.

A lot of my work is based off of the movie suicide squad (as expected) so I take no credit for the characters, just how I write them.

Erica Davis was the best friend of Jason Todd after he saved her from a crashed car that trapped her and killed her family when she was 10. They ended up becoming a duo with Jason stealing and Erica doing odd jobs around Gotham to make money. One day, after Jason stole the tires off the Batman's Batmoblie while Erica was making deliveries, their lives changed drastically. Jason became Robin, the second in line, while Erica stayed in the Batcave with Alfred. As time went on, Erica and Jason grew closer and closer... until one haunting day tore them apart... the day that the Joker tortured and killed Jason, the one person who meant everything to Erica... 5 years later and now a young adult, Erica relives the nightmare of her partner's torture and murder in her sleep, along with the happier memories before that time. All the while, she tries to maintain a normal life with Bruce and Alfred. However, she is currently working on a top secret project... one that would avenge her best friend... An alter ego called the Black Erinyes... However, when a new anti-hero and criminal named Red Hood comes into the picture and proves to be a thorn in Gotham's side, Bruce and Erica must find how to stop him and his strategy of killing any criminal he sees. However, there's a familiarity to this Red Hood, one Erica can't put her finger on... Some secrets don't always follow us to the grave... Sometimes, they come crawling out of it...
