Centuries ago, magical jewels that hold the power of certain concepts of life were created, they are known as the Miraculous. Two of them stand above the rest, tho, these being the Ladybug Earrings and the Cat Ring. On modern time, these jewels are protected by someone, with the sole exception of two, one of them being in posession of someone in search of fulfilling his wish, a villian with the power to make havoc and destruction with the Butterfly Miraculous, that is Hawk Moth. But not only that happened, but also a certain young man would fulfill his dream... in a certanly weird way. Baku Yorozu, a young man of around 17 Years Old, would turn into a secret agent after encountering a monstrous entity known as a Nightmare. Now, alongside Commander Zero, he will eradicate world's evil, starting with Paris, alongside the new heroes of the city. These, are the experiences being a Secret Agent... and, a Kamen Rider. Baku Yorozu has lost his ability to walk and is clumsy from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) after being in a coma. He also has delirium and difficulty remembering things when awake. He also has dysphagia, and he cannot eat the foods he once enjoyed, requiring IV nutrition.
