(This is a Ward redemption au and everything that happened in season 3 with Ward when he was hive, never actually happens) Ward never dies in season 3 and he never becomes Hive. Coulson tries to kill him but he failed, instead he accidentally kills Lincoln and Lincoln becomes Hive and he infects Daisy. Once daisy is free from Lincoln's infection, she goes rouge because she's afraid she'll hurt people at S.H.I.E.L.D. While on the run, she goes to Ward for help.
