Sherlock sure had matured from a moody teenager to an adult during the time of his fake death, and John now had Sherlock, a high functioning sociopath, and Ruby, a street smart sex worker who had enough emotions to destroy half the world. Sherlock has a few new mysteries at hand, but these are much different from any he's had to deal with in the past. These each threaten specific people in his life whom he loves. And with his feelings toward Molly finally breaking the surface, how does he react when John, Mrs. Hudson, Molly, and others are targeted? Not well, I'll give you that.
