Draco always ends up staring at Harry. Its normal to stare at your enemy, right? Okay, maybe not, but Draco doesnt know that... yet. And yet he cant help but be captivated by those emerald eyes. As summer draws near he notices how those emeralds he loves turn dull and Harry becomes quiet. Draco yearns to see those emerarlds shine again, and he is the only one that seems to notice the pain that fills them. Each day that grows closer to the end of the year, the more silent Harry becomes, and the more protective Draco feels for this broken boy. Now Draco now has a new mission in mind, to make the boy he is slowly starting to love smile again, and to find out whats causing him all this pain. ⚠︎WARNING⚠︎ mentions of abuse, depression, and violence. Theres enough plot and enough fluff, and it doesnt really follow the books, and it doesnt really matter which year you imagine them to be in. You could say it starts at the end of fith year however. The only plot relation to the books is Draco getting his dark mark. Anyway if you love drarry and fluff, this is for you haha. The main ships included are Drarry, (duh) Romione (sorry pansmione shippers but i prefer it) linny, (cause its the cutest) and deamus (which is basically canon at this point) Ofc you can ship whoever you want thats just the ships Im going for. Anyway hope you like it, this is my first drarry fanfiction, first hp fanfiction actually, so it might be crap. After the war had ended and Voldemort was finally vanquished, all previous seventh year's were required to redo their last year at Hogwarts. Harry Potter set in the modern day where most (if not all - its not fully decided yet) of the story takes place on Instagram! Pretty simple premise but i absolutely love these fanfics and they're so fun to read so figured I'd make my own to slowly get back in writing mood. This was a book I started a couple of years ago, meaning several of the letters that in here were written long ago and might not be that great, especially as I have not proofread them at all. This story is following an idea that I had of Dean Thomas and Seamus Finnigan writing all these letters to each other while they were separated due to Dean being on the run, letters that they will never be able to send, and slowly coming to terms, through these letters, that their feelings for each other might not be entirely platonic

A yule ball Dean/Seamus story of how dean finally has to man up and admit his crush, and Seamus takes the confession a whole lot better than Dean had expected.

A confession via letter is all Seamus needs to start his school year, even if he can't see the person who sent the letter. But this is an indication that Dean will be back and that's all Seamus wants to hear.
