After the Android Revolution, a law was created to give rights to androids to be treated as equal to humans. Unfortunately, not everyone is in agreement of this idea. So as a way to solve this problem he is given an android partner, an RK900 model, Conan. Neither Gavin nor Conan is pleased with their situation. WARNING: Swearing (as you can see in the title), none of these characters are mine (obviously), the story is written in Gavin's perspective but with third person pronoun, I'm not that knowledgeable about the Police so I apologize in advance if I get anything wrong.
