Alone she set off to seek Jasper, a grim half-elf seer, whose mysterious exploits often led him away from the Island-- as they did only shortly before Kya set off herself-- to recover the lost. With the help of a travel-weary, forlorn man named Nicholai whom she meets in a riotous tavern town (and whose estranged wife is among the missing) and the roving Jasper, Kya embarks on a wild, harrowing quest across a land filled with peril to seek and save the vanished peoples of the island, preserve the magic of the Sacred Birch, and learn for herself the feats that love can accomplish.

Despite this, she strives to become a strong wizard alongside the two boys that she grew up with. When she is given the opportunity to join the ranks of the Magic Knights, a group of nine squads who are charged with protecting the kingdom, Aeluna sees it as a chance to finally become stronger in order to find her own place in the world. But the challenges she faces as a Magic Knight will test her abilities, her courage, and her determination to succeed at every step of the way. This is a story I have been playing around with and a grand majority of this story is based upon a (homebrew) Dungeon and Dragons campaign my friends and I are currently playing. The first few chapters is solely backstory of my DnD character, Dardarian, I would have included my friends' characters; though, that may change in the future. Ivan was living his own life minding his own business, but when stubbing his toe causes him to drop everything, a new perspective dawns on him and he's thrown into a whole new world of crazy. First on his new list of crazy is his new Master!? Ivan must find a way to convince her he is not who she thinks he is, and all the while a much more dangerous threat is festering below the surface. It won't be long before everything becomes part of the HIVE, literally, but there's still time. Can Ivan and his new friends stop it, or will they be forced to bow to a new king?
