Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

- We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Times & Cut-Offs

*During our busy launch period, we will be operating on an extended delivery timeframe. Orders will be dispatched within 10–14 working days and will be sent on a next day delivery service.*

- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed the next working day.
- During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

3. Delivery Options & Charges

- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Estimated 2–3 working days from dispatch.
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DHL Next Day): Estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch. Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon to qualify for same‑day dispatch. Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

- We use Royal Mail and DHL for our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking details (where available).

5. Safe Place Deliveries

- If you choose to have your order left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you accept full responsibility for the goods once delivered. Westmoreland Cosmetics will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage in such cases.

6. Delivery Delays & Compensation

- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Compensation for lost parcels is limited to the amount recoverable from the courier (for example, Royal Mail compensation is typically capped at £50).

7. Risk of Loss

- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to the address provided or to a safe place/recipient designated by you.

8. Shipping Restrictions

- We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
