WEATHER FORECAST
Latest Forecast (Zanesville):
Sunday Night: Partly cloudy. NW 5-15. Low 55
Monday: Mostly sunny. Calm wind, becoming NW 5. High 70
Monday Night: Clear. Calm wind. Low 51
Cooler, drier start to the work week:
High pressure will build into the area behind a departing cold front, bringing lots of sunshine on Monday. Temperatures will be 10-15 degrees below average, with a high of 70. Highs will remain in the 70s for the remainder of the week.
Showers return Tuesday night as a weak system moves through the Great Lakes. Better chances of rain, with thunderstorms, come Wednesday and Thursday from a stronger system. Some storms on both days could be severe, with all hazards possible. Outside of thunderstorms, winds can gust over 30 mph due to the intensity of the system.
Rain and storm chances decrease late week and early this weekend as high pressure returns to the region.
Have a great day!
