Motivation

- Since there are "only" four languages, I think one property per language is "manageable". In addition, it allow to have specific regex for each property. Finally, the topics do not always overlap between language. For example, we have only "culture" for the French version while the English version has a tag for "French culture", that is not present on the French version.
