2) country of citizenship

Function details:

1) For new and existing articles of places (currently focused on Bulgaria) claims like administrative territory and labels for the English wikipedia are set.

2) the country of citizenship will be set for humans who do not have this claim yet

3) search through the cast section of the wikipedia article and add cast members accordingly
