Kristiina Mäki
[edit]Hi! Why did you add the Czech Republic twice? She has a nationality of Finnish and Czech. --Stryn (talk) 07:34, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- She was born in Finland, and moved to Czech R. at 3. But she represents only Czech Rep. --Enzino (talk) 08:11, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- The property country of citizenship (P27) is not about what country the person represents in sports, it's about the nationality, and Kristiina has a nationality of Finland and the Czech Republic, so both of them should be on the item. --Stryn (talk) 10:55, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- Her father is from Finland (and her name too) but if we put FIN in the property, she becomes a Finnish sportswoman, a thing she is not.--Enzino (talk) 20:02, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- The Finnish article about her says "Kristiina Mäki is a Finnish runner, who also has Czech nationality." In Finland she represents Lahden Ahkera (Q14336324). She lived 3 years in Finland before moving to Czech Republic. Also Nico Rosberg (Q75820) has two nationalities, and it's not a problem. He can't even speak Finnish... --Stryn (talk) 21:07, 19 September 2015 (UTC)

Real name of Elena Ferrante (Q368127)
[edit]Hello Enzino. For the second time, despite my revert with an explicit message ("don't add "Anita Raja" as her real or alias name, this is pure speculation"), you insist to claim that Elena Ferrante (Q368127) and Anita Raja (Q27100818) are the same person.
Since you have recently participated multiple times to the French article and to its talk page, I assume you know very well that this claim comes from a sole Italian journalist who used dubious investigating methods to doxx her, that it has not been confirmed in any way, and thus can not be considered as attested. You also know that Ferrante wants to keep her real name private and you must realize that unveiling her real name can be damaging to her, as it can be damaging to Anita Raja if this claim proves to be false.
You have been editing WP for more than 10 years. Without any doubt, you are well aware of our rules regarding the biographies of living persons, which are the same on the French and Italian Wikipedias, and which without surprise are the same here. So I assume you know very well that such a behaviour is not acceptable.
For all these reasons, I'll revert your edits again. And if you are tempted to re-add Anita Raja as an alias to Ferrante before this fact is wholly attested, think twice, as I'll ask an admin to block you. We do not take the life of living persons lightly. — Xavier, 10:56, 15 October 2016 (UTC)
Planche à voile et véliplanchiste
[edit]Bonjour,
- Prague (Q1085), South Bohemian Region (Q188373), Central Bohemian Region (Q188399), South Moravian Region (Q192697),

Cordialement. - Eric-92 (talk) 00:57, 13 May 2018 (UTC)

Cordialement. Eric-92 (talk) 02:05, 28 July 2019 (UTC)

Call for participation in a task-based online experiment
[edit]Dear Arorae,
I hope you are doing good,
I am Kholoud, a researcher at King's College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research, in which I have developed a personalised recommender system that suggests Wikidata items for the editors based on their past edits. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.
I am inviting you to a task-based study that will ask you to provide your judgments about the relevance of the items suggested by our system based on your previous edits. Participation is completely voluntary, and your cooperation will enable us to evaluate the accuracy of the recommender system in suggesting relevant items to you. We will analyse the results anonymised, and they will be published to a research venue.
The study will start in late January 2022 or early February 2022, and it should take no more than 30 minutes.
If you agree to participate in this study, please either contact me at kholoud.alghamdi@kcl.ac.uk or use this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSees9WzFXR0Vl3mHLkZCaByeFHRrBy51kBca53euq9nt3XWog/viewform?usp=sf_link I will contact you with the link to start the study.
For more information about the study, please read this post: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User:Kholoudsaa In case you have further questions or require more information, don't hesitate to contact me through my mentioned email.
Thank you for considering taking part in this research.
