Glucose as medicine?
[edit]Some time ago you marked glucose (Q37525) as essential medicine (Q35456)... that sounds a bit controversial to me, given the problems the world faces with glucose consumption... can you please add a reference for that statement, so that people can see the context? Thanks. --Egon Willighagen (talk) 11:50, 9 September 2018 (UTC)

L100000
[edit]Hi, the L100000 just means "world", but notpeace, which is L99999. The reason, as far as I understand, is because they are separate lexemes -- one has both singular and plural forms, while the peace one is singular tantum -- no plural form. Also, for some reason I couldn't create the talk page, so writing directly. --Yurik (talk) 18:32, 14 September 2019 (UTC)

Botschafter in der Schweiz
[edit]Hallo Thomas,
Thomas11 (talk) 19:53, 21 March 2020 (UTC)
We sent you an e-mail
[edit]Hello Thomas11,
Really sorry for the inconvenience. This is a gentle note to request that you check your email. We sent you a message titled "The Community Insights survey is coming!". If you have questions, email surveys@wikimedia.org.
You can see my explanation here.

Do you think this person has schizophrenia (Q41112)? LotsofTheories (talk) 14:40, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
- This is stated in the german wikiedia, but maybe the source is questionable. Thomas11 (talk) 05:24, 10 February 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hello.
Can you replace the fuzzy photo File:Eldor Pohl.JPG with the clear photo File:Eldor Pohl-2.png in the Wikidata page of Eldor Pohl Q610356?
Can you also add "Politician" in the Occupation section? He was also mayor and member of the Deutsche Demokratische Partei (DDP).
I could not do it, because of technical problems.
Both photos are present in the Wikimedia Commons category of Eldor Pohl.
Yours sincerely, 31.200.12.235 18:57, 14 October 2021 (UTC)
- done 😀 Thomas11 (talk) 18:12, 15 October 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you very much! 31.200.12.235 14:12, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
Please revert instead
[edit]Hi, I just saw you removed a claim here made by meitchen via QS. Could you revert his edits instead so that he is notified automatically? Thanks --So9q (talk) 13:23, 7 February 2022 (UTC)
- This would be a lot of extra work... would this make bulk edits really better? Thomas11 (talk) 18:38, 8 February 2022 (UTC)
Incorrect use of instance of (P31) or subclass of (P279)
[edit]Hello –
Your edit to "Höchster Porzellan-Manufaktur" (Q895625) was in error. The properties instance of (P31) and subclass of (P279) define key ontological relationships. Because subclass of (P279) is transitive, such errors lead to numerous false inferences, such as Höchster Porzellan-Manufaktur (Q895625)instance of (P31)intentional human activity (Q451967). Please review the usage instructions on these two properties, and Help:Basic membership properties. In particular, note:
- All instances of a class must be of the same type.
- "A" is only a subclass of "B" if all instances of "A" are also instances of "B".
Thanks! Swpb (talk) 17:24, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
