Thank you for shopping at Wishmascot. We strive to ensure that every mascot costume we produce meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Below is our return policy to help guide you through the process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our mascot costumes, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products. Please ensure that you provide accurate specifications and details when placing your order to avoid any issues.
  • Standard Products: For standard or non-custom items, returns are accepted within days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sale@wishmascot.com within the 7-days return window. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  • Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: For standard products, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defect in the product.
  • Packaging: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that the return shipment is insured and has tracking to prevent loss or damage during transit.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, please follow our return process and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Inspection: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Items: Custom-made mascot costumes are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the order.
  • Personalized Products: Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
