The center, located at the Floyd County Board of Education building, has been serving survivors of the Feb. 14 to March 7 severe weather, which included storms, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides and mudslides.
July 28 will mark three years since the flood.
Local leaders, donors, and community members gathered Tuesday to dedicate the Chestnut Ridge neighborhood, a 27-acre development in Knott County designed for flood survivors.
The deadline to submit applications for physical damage assistance is Thursday, April 25.
Officials said the new $100,000 in relief funding is separate from previous Kentucky REALTOR Relief Foundation grants.
The assistance was made available for those in areas that were impacted by severe winter storms and flooding in mid-February.
The location is at Happy Top Park Community Center on 500 Happy Top Road in Beattyville.
People in Leslie County are now eligible for individual assistance to support homeowners and renters.
Folks in 13 Eastern Kentucky counties are now eligible for FEMA assistance.
