General Situation
31 October 2025The active low-pressure cell covers the upper Gulf, leading the easterly wind to bring moisture to upper Thailand while the weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. The confluence of easterly and southeasterly winds prevails over the North. More rain and isolated heavy rain are likely across the country and the South, while cool mornings are possible in the North. Farmers should take precautions against crop damage. People in upper Thailand and the upper South should keep healthy due to changeable weather and be aware of heavy rain and its accumulation. The monsoon trough that lies across the upper South is strengthening, bringing isolated heavy rain to the South. People in the South should be cautious of heavy rain. Moderate winds and waves in the upper Gulf and the upper Andaman Sea are expected to be 1-2 meters high, and above 2 meters in thundershowers. In the lower Gulf and the lower Andaman Sea, waves are expected to be about 1 meter high, and above 2 meters in thundershowers.

Fairly widespread rain/thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24–25 °C. Maximum temperature 30-32 °C. Easterly winds 15–35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Songkhla, Yala and Narathiwat Minimum temperature 23–24 °C. Maximum temperature 29–35 °C. From Chumphon Upward: Variable winds 15–35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. From Surat Thani Downward: Variable winds 15–30 km/hr.
