We are passionate about travel and believe that travel is a better experience when it's shared. We envision Touristlink as the largest online community of frequent travelers and small travel providers. A virtual hub for travelers to get connected with each other and with locals for tours, transport, cultural, language exchanges, friendships and more. Our team has been working together for the last 12 years and we have been working on Touristlink since the end of 2011.

  

Dr.David Urmann (CoFounder)PhD Ohio State. Led the development of over 100 websites since 2003 resulting in 150 million+ page views. Moved to India in 2006 to expand my existing US based internet business and met my present business partner. I am an avid traveller having visited over 40 countries and launched Touristlink out of my passion for travel.

  

Deepak Gupta (CoFounder & Technical Incharge)Lead developer, problem solver and architect of Touristlink from day one. 8+ years of programming experience in PHP,MySQL, Unix, JQuery, HTML using LAMP architectures.

  

Ranjith Cherickel (Executive Member)Investor and mentor at 88mph.ac. Head of sales for Africa at Nokia Siemens with a billion USD sales target. Skype, Verizon Wireless, Siemens, INSEAD.

Anand Dongre (HR & Account Manager)A fun loving person, who enjoys working even on the weekends. Anand has a Masters degree in Information & Technology Systems and a strong commitment towards his trade. He manages the Touristlink social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.

Shagufta Khan (Moderation Team Lead)One of the first members on the team. Shagufta's core responsibility is to moderate the website. She spends the rest of her time testing and looking for any errors and bugs on the website. If she is not working she loves to bake her favorite Pizza recipes.
