JustCode Q1 SP1 Typing Assistance Improvements
Our goal is to make JustCode’s typing assistance save keystrokes, without getting in your way. As such, typing assistance received quite a few changes for SP1. It now works faster, and better than ever :) Bracket Completion When you add an open bracket at the beginning of a line, JustCode will now add the closing bracket for you at the end of the line, even if there is code. The Q1 2010 SP1 releases of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX and Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC are available for download. Service Pack 1 for Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC just released
We just released the first service pack for the Q1 2010 release of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. As you may have guessed this is mostly a maintenance release addressing all reported bug fixes. It is important to note that the service pack will be available only to licensed users. We will update the open source version only for major releases. However if a critical bug has been found we will publish builds in the forum so no worries. What’s new Everything is described in the release notes. Q2 2010 WinForms roadmap published
Now that Q1 2010 SP1 has been released, it is time to turn our attention to the Q2 2010 release, which promises to be yet another major milestone for RadControls for WinForms. Here is a trimmed down list of what to expect: RadGridView gets a new major version with numerous improvements and new features. Silverlight Html Placeholder now support OOB mode
With the official Silverlight 4 release this week, one of the things we introduced in the Telerik Silverlight controls is the ability to use the Html Placeholder control in OOB in the same way you do when the control is hosted in the browser. The good news is that you don't need to do anything in order to enable this feature. Dynamic filter expressions in an OpenAccess LINQ query
We had some support questions recently where our customers had the need to combine multiple smaller predicate expressions with either an OR or an AND (these will be the || and && operators if you are using C#) logical operator. And because the code from the answer that we sent to these customers is very interesting and can easily be refactored into something reusable we decided to write this blog post.
