YOUR MEMBERSHIP
What do I get with my membership?
As a Click Community member you receive ongoing access to the Click Community forums and community – this includes access to our photography tutorials, videos demos and guides, discussions, Q&A threads, image critiques, and so much more!
I don’t live in the United States. Can I still join?
Absolutely! While we are a US-based company, our members are located all over the world. We are a diverse community and are open to all.
Will I receive anything when I join?
Keep your eye out for a series of three welcome emails during the first two weeks as a member, filled with tips and guidance on how to get the most out of your membership. (Check your spam folder if you do not see the first one right after joining!). You’ll also receive a weekly member newsletter, sent out every Monday, to keep you up to date on some of our most popular content including new tutorials, trending conversations, contests, and image shares.
Do I have to be a pro to join?
Eveyone is welcome here! You’ll find material geared towards a range of skills and subject matter – whether you are just picking up your first camera or have been in business for years, we’ve got something for you.
Do I have to be a mom? Do I have to be a woman?
Everyone is welcome here! What started out as a small group of moms coming together to take better photos of our kids has grown into an amazing and diverse community, with members of varying skill levels and interests. This is a safe and inclusive space for everyone who loves photography.
BILLING & ACCOUNTS
How does billing work?
Monthly and annual memberships will auto-renew through your selected payment method.
Lifetime members make a one time payment for their lifetime membership.
You may use a credit card or PayPal to purchase your membership, and you may cancel at any time.
I love it here! Can I upgrade?
Yes! You can upgrade your account to an annual or lifetime membership any time. Once you’ve upgraded, just makes sure to cancel your current monthly or annual membership so that you do not continue to be auto-billed.

Money’s tight. Can I cancel at any time?
We get it! Memberships can easily be cancelled within your personal member account dashboard or simply by contacting our customer support.
I had to cancel my membership, but now I want to rejoin! How do I do that?
Sign into your account, using your same username and email HERE, then simply navigate to “Add/Renew Subscription” in the header. Select your preferred membership and once you have completed the sign up process, you old account will reactivate.

My friend and I both love photography! Can we share an account?
Joining Click Community with a friend is always super fun! But we’re also excited to get to know you as an individual, so each member must represent herself on the forum, and account sharing is not permitted. For more info, please see our complete Terms of Service.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! Click Community memberships make for a great gift! You can gift an annual or lifetime membership HERE.
I received a gift certificate. How do I redeem it?
Lucky you! Just click the Redeem your Gift Voucher link in the email. Create an account and enter your voucher code. If you are having any difficulty or need help, just send a note to our Customer Support (support@clickandcompany.com) and we’ll take care of you.
