Ms Curtis was dismissed from the Nightingale On The Green in Wanstead, East London after reportedly managing it for 20 months until June last year.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: “Debbie lodged her claim in February. It was all delayed by the Covid-19 lockdown, but is now finally set to go ahead.”

It is thought the case will be heard by the East London Employment Tribunal from October 22 to November 2. They are both expected to attend.

Frank Snr told the Mirror: “I can’t talk about it as it’s ongoing.”

He bought the Grade II listed pub in 2018, refitting and redecorating it, 10 years after his wife Pat died.

Pat was the twin of Harry Redknapp's wife Sandra.

Pub regulars reportedly included 18th century Dick Turpin who supposedly met accomplices there while scheming to rob rich families travelling through Epping Forest.

After getting the boot, Ms Curtis has launched the hunt for a new job and is "looking for new challenges" according to her LinkedIn profile.

The model's profile says she is "now looking for new retail roles" and wanted to use "all my skills of design, managing staff and running evenings within this environment".

She has a fashion design degree from the University of Central Lancashire and worked as a freelance commercial and TV model since 2015, according to her account.

Frank Snr was capped twice for England in his football career as a West Ham left back.

He was The Hammers' assistant manager when brother-in-law Harry Redknapp was managing.

Former Chelsea star turned manager Frank Jnr, 42, would famously point skywards in tribute to his late mum each time he scored.

Ms Curtis declined to comment.
