So I was ill over two days and having never sewn so much as a stitch in my life apart from one class I had in the army in which I fell asleep, I decided to make a Kermit from scratch. That's all the explanation I have!
Anyway:
I found the fleece (more like felt but was all I could find locally, antron fleece would have made this supremely easier):
Then I found a mouth pattern (sort of) and started on the head:
Next I roughly made a body (photo is pre henson stitch)
Then I added a collar (next to my Disney kermit plush my girlfriend bought me!)
Then I finished the head:
Arms next:
And mostly finished, aside from some tidying up:
