TheWindowsClub Privacy Policy Page

You can view or delete all your data by going here.

Who we are

Our website address is https://www.thewindowsclub.com. It is run by Khanse Webmedia Pvt Ltd.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We do not collect or use your browsing data. We do not share your data directly with anyone. The services we use may collect and use your data anonymously directly.

Comments

We use Disqus to manage our comments.

  • The Disqus Privacy Policy is available here – https://help.disqus.com/en/articles/1717103-disqus-privacy-policy.
  • Disqus Data opt-out link – https://disqus.com/data-sharing-settings/

When visitors leave comments on the site, they collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Consent Management System

We use Consent Management System which is managed by Ezoic.

Vendors can establish a legitimate interest in data processing when registering with the IAB. The checkboxes indicate that those companies have established such interest for some of the purposes listed in their expanded view. Users can uncheck their legitimate interest box in instances where they do not have the legitimate Interest the vendor has indicated. These signals for legitimate interest are declared by the vendor through IAB, so we disclose that as part of our TCF 2 certification.

You can read more about it here – https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/gdpr-and-ezoics-consent-management-app-how-it-works

Contact forms

TheWindowsClub.com does not use a Contact form.

Affiliate Link Disclosure

Some of the posts contain affiliate links like those of Amazon, etc. If you choose to make a purchase, we earn a small commission – that comes at no additional cost to you.

We also display a link ad of Fortect before and after our post content, which earns us a fee if someone purchases the software.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
