Our outage management teams engage with your service teams to manage outage projects for a variety of plants ensuring equipment is serviced and returned to operation within the outage program. This includes project management, engineering planning, workshop coordination, and the effective utilization of field service technicians. Backed by our field quality procedures and safety programs

Our facilities throughout the globe are equipped to perform maintenance on a variety of pump and valve types and configurations. We are at your service, from determining pump and valve performance curves to troubleshooting operational issues, even if we are not the original equipment manufacturer. Our experienced team can help with routine or overdue maintenance for your equipment, helping you increase safety and reduce overall operating costs.

Our core service teams are continually expanding – providing long-term service contracts and flexible service solutions to complement your existing or changing service assets; we can develop proposals for availability, reliability and maintainability improvements and optimized operational expenditure. This can be through embedded service engineers, active asset management, resource and project management, and planned outage management programs related to our equipment portfolio and your installed operational assets. These services are backed by our global facilities, equipped to perform operational maintenance on various pump and valve types and configurations, or the collaboration on internal service workshops.

We provide complimentary services to support your mechanical equipment with flexible service operating models. From provision and management of embedded specialist engineers, service teams, and workshops through to centralized asset management teams coordinating service activity. These resources engage with our OE and service resources worldwide providing access to a wide network of expertise. Our service facilities are fully equipped with machine tools and resources to ensure a full service can be completed for all sizes of pumps, valves, and steam turbines.

From dedicated service packages to customized solutions, our service engineering teams’ capabilities are flexible based on the specific application. Through our global workshop network and in-field service team, service capabilities range across our entire product suite of pump, valves, and steam turbines together with their ancillaries and support systems.

Trillium Flow Technologies offers a full range of installation and commissioning services across our brands. Our team of field service engineers facilitates the verification of system requirements and conditions on-site across many global industries and geographic markets.

Beyond our service offerings, Trillium Flow Technologies also provides a full range of testing solutions for pumps, valves, actuators, and steam turbines. Testing capabilities vary and include liquid, air, steam, boiler, and cryogenic (pop) testing. Our test stands are tailor-built to meet the design standards and requirements based on the product line. From test runs and trial operations to on-the-job training of operating staff, our team is equipped to ensure your operation ramp up smoothly.

We also offer systems for storage and availability of complete equipment systems, ensuring rapid change out of sensitive equipment. From preparation and preservation of equipment for long-term storage, regular service checks, and removal for storage, installation, and commission for re-operation.

The development and application of spare parts inventory programs, centralized controlled asset storage, and managed contract maintenance systems provide enhanced security for the supply of critical components. Using original equipment manufacturer and engineered parts supported by product engineers ensures operability and maximized equipment life with minimal lead times. Our systems and engineers ensure we provide a service for evaluating operational equipment no longer supported by the manufacturer to extend the operational life and often incorporate design improvements. In-situ seat lapping and replacement allow our field services team to quickly respond to customer demands as needed.

Our core engineering design and application teams will work synergistically with your operational teams to develop solutions for reengineering, expanding, or upgrading your equipment to the same or superior product standards. We aim to enable maximum operability within optimal design limits while minimizing operational expenses and system disruption. Advanced diagnostic solutions function as preventative maintenance providing increased efficiency and a greater ROI while extending the operable life of your equipment. Our long history of operating as an original equipment manufacturer combined with our internal resources are not restricted only to our brands – our team offers services to cover similar equipment within your facility.

Collaboration with our product application engineers, field service teams, and your equipment operators provides a knowledge base and skill set to optimize both equipment and plant performance, increasing safety while reducing costs. Courses are tailored to your specific needs and will address real-life operating conditions. Several training location options are available in factory, on-site, or virtual training.

We understand that it is crucial that your equipment always performs reliably. At Trillium Flow Technologies, we serve many critical industries and employ technologies such as condition monitoring, flow control management for reliability improvement, failure forecasting, and lifecycle history tracking to proactively assess and monitor your equipment. Utilizing our OEM capability and advanced service solutions, we can develop a system to enhance your internal team offering based on a vast knowledge of solutions and systems analysis. With systems to simulate operational analysis, including finite element analysis to physical performance test laboratories in our network of manufacturing locations, we can develop a solution to support your operations.
