Hiatus

A quick post to let you know my baby is born on december 25th, 2024. Which means I just read the messages about broken links and things to fix, but I'll be unable to work on any of it before a long time.

I guess I'll come here from time to time as a downloader and a reader, but you can consider me in a hiatus as a creator as long as my baby will take all or most of my (free) time.

I'll try to remember to check again all your messages when I'll be ready to fix all of this. Might be in a year, might be in two years, might be never, I don't know.

Motherhood is wonderful and I love my baby with all my heart. He's my only priority right now.

I forgot how MTS is being annoying. I left the site because of things like that years ago (and also stupid and unfair other things), but 2024 and it's still silly 🙃The fact that I only upload there lately to have a backup won't be enough for me to stay I guess ?

4t2 BG Cock's Crow table accent, in two sizes. The master is the smaller one. The repo'd/medium one is the TS4 size. 330 polys. Cost 235$ & 435$. All 3 original colors merged with the master mesh.

Can someone point me a tutorial about Rating Room BHAVs (one that is easy to understand with just the required infos) ?

BHAVs are something I never really worked on, but I'd need to understand at least how the Rating Room values work, where to find them, what value edit and how so it matches the value showing in the catalog.

The only tutorial I found feels way too complicated with too much info (remember english is NOT a language I master even if some people think I'm fluent : I'm not fluent at all, far from it).

I'd love to update my old stuff with proper BHAVs when I'll be alone in my new apartment but for now it feels beyond my capabilities 😕

(still on a hiatus... kind of... I move out in a few days and won't have an internet connexion on my computer for a while but I missed making stuff so here is a quick something I wanted for my game)

4t2 Original Freezer Boney + 3 resized and repo'd add-ons.

It has already been converted by platasp but I don't like the TS4 shadow file so mine has its own handmade shadow (I reused the GUID so choose only one between theirs and mine). Then I added a smaller sized add-on so it will fit bookcases and such easier, and two taller sizes. Be warned that my add-ons will only work with my master (they will flash blue if you use platasp conversion).

  • They have appropriate OFB shelves dimensions.
  • The master one is the TS4 sized one.
  • The master has all TS4 original colors merged with the mesh.
  • 206 polys each.
  • Costs 53$ (small), 75$ (master), 98$ (tall), & 127$ (bigger).
  • Rating room 1 for all.
  • Has a french description

Working on this yesterday gave me the idea of that table, and as it was a quick work... here it is. A bit weird but very TS2 match, right ?

  • The base is repo'd to the BG Immobile Chimes sculpture and shown with my recolor from yesterday
  • The glass is repo'd to the GL Banquet of Six dining table and shown with both ingame swatches.
  • Costs 299$.
  • Room rating 2.
  • Only 364 polys.
  • Has a center slot.
  • Catalog description in english by defaut + french.

Remember that deco slots on dining tables are tiresome. You have to place your clutter on the deco slot before you place anything on the original Maxis slots, otherwise you might not have access to the deco slot. Press M to switch between slots.
