I just heard a 1962 live version of Old time religion by Jim Reeves, and it is considerably slower and uses more instruments. Unlike the one they played during the end credits in episode 8, season 1 of mad men, which sounds more like a country song. So is this another one of his live performances or from an album?

At 06:28 and 21:53,(Don and Betty are in bed) the first movement of Mad Men Suite plays. This theme is on YouTube called "The Carousel", but there is no published David Carbonara song by that name. Yes, the same theme plays during the famous Kodak Carousel presentation in season 2 episode 13 and that is probably why someone started calling this music The Carousel. Does anyone know how this misconception started? Also, First Kiss (confirmed above) is listed as the music playing in the same scenes, but even though it is listed as confirmed, it is incorrect.
