楼上说一堆一个解决方案都没有，第一步 关掉 turbo boost ，风扇立马不转，可以用软件，也可以让 codex 帮你写一个。第二步 pdd 买点硅胶，找 b 站的视频，拆机器清灰涂硅胶。第三步 pdd 买个背部带静音风扇的金属支架，风扇外接。
