Original project by the architect Emanuele Boaretto, entered in the Guinness World Record as the deepest pool in the world. Inaugurated on 5 June 2014 by the legends of world freediving: Enzo Maiorca, Umberto Pelizzari, it has become a world reference for this type of architectural structures.
Y-40® has the ambition to open up a new medium and long-term job perspective, in an attempt to guarantee prosperity not only to the company it represents, but also to the local area, the society that welcomes it and the world of diving .

The project calls for “PHI12” to have a diameter of 12 meters, a depth of 30 meters, and thermal water at 32/34°C. Its exceptional openings will accommodate large-scale equipment for underwater exercises and simulations year-round. The structure was designed to be zero-emission and classified as an ESG infrastructure, avoiding the release of over a thousand tons of CO2 into the atmosphere. Phi12 is an open structure capable of inspiring.
