Side is a historic town with narrow roads and many tourists, so you'll probably find it easier to drive a small car. For instance, a Peugeot 208 is an excellent option for tight roads and parking spots. However, if you plan to take your vehicle out into the countryside, you should consider something more robust, as it can get very hilly. You can also park at Terminal Parking Lot on Sorgun Boulevard. This car park gives you the first 25min free of charge. At the other end of Side Beach, there is also an area of free parking on Deniz Cd, about a 5min walk from the seafront.
