에어로팟은 말레이시아 사바주 코타키나발루 탄중아루에서 호텔, 소매점, 소매점, 주택가 스위트, 기업사무소, 그린파크 등으로 구성된 복합개발 프로젝트다.[1] 그 프로젝트는 5단계로 진행되고 있다.[2][3] 이 사업에는 이미 이용할 수 있는 탄중아리 철도역 개선을 위한 코타키나발루 메트로폴리탄의 경전철(LRT) 조항도 포함되어 있다.[4]
