전사인자 COE1은 인간에서 EBF1 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.EBF1은 Early B-Cell Factor ^[5]^[6]^[7]1의 약자입니다.

EBF1은 B세포 분화, 신호 전달 및 ^[8]^[9]기능에 필요한 주요 단백질의 발현을 제어한다.이 인자의 중요한 역할은 B 세포에서 ^[10]SLAM 패밀리 공동 수용체 발현 조절에서 나타난다.
