유클리드 스피델

Euclid Speidell

유클리드 스피델(Euclid Speidell, 1702년 사망)은 영국의 세관원이자 대수학 교사로 알려져 있다.Speidell은 그의 아버지 [1]John Speidell에 의해 개정되고 확장된 버전의 원고를 출판했다.그는 또한 1688년에 기하학적 도형에서 25자리까지 로그라고 불리는 숫자의 생성이라는 책을 출판했다.[2][3]

런던 [4]서베이에 따르면 스피델은 1680년대와 1690년대에 엔젤 앨리에서 살았다.

Speidell의 이름은 그의 동시대인 [5]Henry Sutton이 만든 악기에 나온다.
