핀콜로는 남부 말리 시카소 지역에 있는 시카소 세클레르에 있는 마을이자 농촌 공동체다.이 공동체는 면적이 477 평방 킬로미터에 달하며 11개의 마을을 포함하고 있다.[3]2009년 인구조사에서 인구는 22,429명이었다.[2]코뮌의 주방장인 피노코 마을은 N7의 시카소 동남동쪽 18km의 작은 도로로, 시카소와 부르키나파소의 보보-디울라소를 잇는 작은 길이다.
