KELT-2A(KELT-2, HD 42176 또는 HD 42176A라고도 함)는 오리가 별자리에서 약 440광년 떨어진 곳에 위치한 노란색 백색 왜성이다.이 별의 겉보기 크기는 8.77로 육안으로는 보이지 않지만 쌍안경으로 볼 수 있다는 뜻이다.
KELT-2A는 KELT-2(HD 42176)에서 가장 밝은 별이다.KELT-2B는 약 295AU 떨어진 KELT-2AB 행성과 동시에 발견된 초기 KELT-2B 왜성이다.[3]
