KKs 3 은하는 로컬 그룹의 왜소 은하다. 지역 집단의 후광에 가스가 부족하고 매우 고립되어 있기 때문에 이례적이다. KKs 3은 지구에서 7백만 광년 떨어져 있다. 그것은 왜소성 나선 dSph 은하로 분류된다.[3] KKs 3의 질량은 2.3 × 10이다7.M☉ (태양의 질량의 2300만 배) -10.8의 푸른 절대 크기를 가진.[1] 그것의 별의 4분의 3은 120억년 이상 된 것이다.[1] 좌표는 R.A. = 02h 24m 44.4초, 12월 = -73°30′51"[1]이다.
