필립 토울
Philip Towle필립 토울은 케임브리지 대학의 국제관계학 명예리더인 영국의 학자다.[1] 그는 케임브리지 대학의 국제학 센터장을 역임했으며 군축 위원회 회의, 해저 조약 검토 회의, 제1차 유엔 군축 특별 회의의 영국 대표단을 역임했다.[2] 학부 시절 그는 케임브리지 대학에서 공부했고, 이후 런던 킹스 칼리지에서 석사, 박사 학위를 받았다.[2]
