Customers based in the Helsinki area can get their luggage from the pick-up point next to Helsinki Vantaa Airport on Tuesday and Wednesday. Customers should present some form of identification and baggage receipts in order to pick up their luggage.

Bags are still being delivered to people's homes, but customers will be contacted in advance to arrange a convenient time and place. Finnair has a backlog of nearly a thousand bags.

Blue1 still has around a hundred bags delayed by the work stoppage. The company’s communications director Tom Christides says that the last bags will be delivered to their owners today.
