Finland's President Sauli Niinistö begins a three-day visit to Moscow on Monday that includes talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev.
Discussions are expected to deal with bi-lateral relations, EU-Russian affairs and a number of current international issues.
In addition to his official programme, President Niinistö's schedule includes meetings with representatives of business and industry. He is also to visit the Prodexpo foodstuffs industry exhibition in Moscow.
The Latvian Army confirmed this morning that one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) had entered and exited the country's airspace.
On Sunday Finland honours those who died defending the country's territory and people, as well as those who lost their lives in peacekeeping missions.
"I haven't shed a tear," Finnish violinist Linda Lampenius said after the votes were tallied.
