Jain Cheese Masala Maggi
Recipe: 1️⃣ Add 1 tbsp butter to a pan. Add 1 finely chopped green chili. Add 1/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper and sauté on medium heat for 2 mins. 2️⃣ Add 1/3 cup finely chopped tomato and mix. Add salt. Add 1/2 tsp each of dhana-jeeru (coriander-cumin powder), mirchi (red chili powder), garam masala. Mix well. 3️⃣ Add 1 1/4 cup water and bring it to a boil. Add 1 1/2 packet noodles and masala packet. Mix well. I’m using Wai Wai noodles for a Jain version. You can use Maggi noodles as well. Cover and cook for 5-7 mins until water evaporates. 4️⃣ Grate 1 cube Amul cheese. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
