200 ml heavy cream (3/4 cup + 2 tbps)
100 ml coffee (I suggest espresso for a stronger flavor) - (1/3 cup + 1.5 tbsp)
30 g sugar (2 tbsp) 
200 g dark chocolate (7 oz) 

Instructions: 
1. Make a strong coffee, preferably using espresso.
2. Add sugar to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved.
3. Refrigerate the coffee until completely cold.
4. Whip the chilled coffee with heavy cream.
5. Freeze the mixture in scoops.
6. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
7. Dip the frozen scoops in melted chocolate.
8. Once the chocolate sets, enjoy the coffee gelato bites immediately or store them in the freezer.
