- wrist mobility & strength (making sure your base is strong, stable and able to hold your weight is essential. Have proper mobility do your wrists aren’t pushing you out of the pose.)
- Hip mobility (if you can’t tuck enough don’t t think this pose is possible)
- Bent arm strength (very overrated for this pose but it helps for transitions and future goals
