Changing your mindset from “I have to do this” to “I GET to do this” is pretty game changing!!!! There are so many nights I’m cooking dinner after a long work day where I am like “omg I don’t want to do this at all” but then I remember how lucky I am to be able to buy whatever groceries we want and make healthy meals for myself and the person I love. Obviously, we’re all human and some tasks can feel really heavy and hard (understandably!!!) but I find that thinking of this quote really helps...
