Ralph Hulett is known for his California Style Watercolor paintings of Southern California, especially urban scenes of mid century Los Angeles. He created backgrounds for Walt Disney Studios. One of his major contributions was "Lady and the Tramp." He was a close friend of Disney artist Joshua Meador.
