1. Boil 35g of Soya Chunks and properly squeeze them to drain out all the water
2. In a kadhai, add 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp jeera, 2-3 cloves chopped garlic and 2 chopped chillies
3. Then add 1 small chopped onion. Let it cook for 2 mins and add 1 cup fresh peas (incase you use frozen peas, soak in lukewarm water for a while).
4. Let the peas cook for 5 minutes and then add salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp aamchur, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, pinch of haldi and some rock salt.
5. Mix well and then add a tbsp of rice flour. Mix again and transfer this to a grinder jar. Add 1/2 slice of bread and handful of coriander and grind this mixture into a fine paste.
